Update KB2345886

Friend having trouble with updates not installing. Updates got to 75% install then errors, reverts and restarts (twice). Diagnosed to being KB2345886 - All other updates installed this only one outstanding.

She's using a Toshiba Laptop running Win 7 Home premium 64bit edition and would appreciate help resolving

Try install this update on clean boot How to Troubleshoot a Problem by Performing a Clean Startup in Windows 7 or Vista

if it doesn't help then please run Readiness Tool Description of the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Vista, for Windows Server 2008, for Windows 7, and for Windows Server 2008 R2

this will create CheckSur.log file in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder.Attache this file to post.

Solution, having read various feedback on this issue, has been to hide the update as not significant for system in question.
