*URGENT* Bootmgr is missing (generate new error after being resolved)

Hello, I'm Tommy, I dont know what was going on my desktop. after I install windows 7 then I install ubuntu on my desktop. a few days I didnt open my desktop. Today I check it prompt me
Bootmgr is missing
ctrl + alt + del to restart.

I was able to manage to repair the bootmgr, but when I restart, it tell me this error

If Ubuntu or GRUB is on another HD, it's best to unplug it so it doesn't interfere with repair.

If necessary mark Win7 partition active, then run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times as shown in the tutorial Derek posted: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/71432-partition-mark-active.html

It's always a lot better to put Ubuntu on a separate HD to boot via BIOS boot order or one-time BIOS Boot Menu key.

This way GRUB doesn't have a chance to corrupt Win7, as it frequently does (like daily here).
