Guys I really need your help. I don't know what's going on with my computer.

My computer cant view images properly, see here: http://s24.postimg.org/sbmwjk17n/asdasd.png. They either won't load completely or it looks very weird you can see in the screenshot above.

When I download a file even though the download is completed it gets corrupted (EX: CCleaner installer).
Screenshot when I run the installer: http://i.imgur.com/89hssd8.png
I tried to download games from steam and it tells me download corrupted. That means I can't download anything without it being corrupted.

I went to windows update and tried to install 3 security update and they all fail. Here is a screenshot of the update + the error: http://s2.postimg.org/wtql3zv6g/asdasdaddsadsadfg.jpg

I don't know whats going on please help! I really don't want my computer to break as I got it as a present and it was so expensive please.

You may need to re-run SFC 3 or more times with a re-boot after each run, it's in the tutorial.

If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the next time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow command 3 or more times to completely fix everything that it's able to.

Which if any of these programs do you run real-time?
Or, do you only use them as on-demand scanners?

I tried to system but there are no restore points because I disabled system protection to improve performance. But I re-enabled it today and there is no restore points.

Re-enabling System Restore today won't help fix these problems.
Whatever recovery option you use, it needs to have a "Restore Point" from before the problems started.
I have SR turned off, but I periodically create System Backup Images.
They are more reliable and controllable than System Restore.
And, there is no impact on system performance except when I am creating a Backup Image.
That takes 10-20 minutes, at a time of my choosing.

Yeah I understand I don't have a restore point so it'd have to be from this day forward because I just re-enabled it :(

It looks like you gotta bunch of junk in your browser. Disable all Add-On's except flash and reader helper.

Can we see a screenshot of Control Panel>Programs and Features fully scrolled? Maximize the Window first.

Establish a Clean Boot, resolve repeat errors, check System Resources from Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Enable hardware auto-updating via Windows Update (Steps 3 and 6) to Check for Updates, install all IMportant and Optional Updates until there are no more offered after reboots.

Update your display driver.

Those specific steps are detailed along with others in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

There's nothing in the Programs list that I'd question.

Is the visual distortion your main or only problem? Where else does it occur, and not? When did it start and what had you done just before?

I didn't do anything to my computer today before it happened. It could be related to my graphics card burning out? It's like my computer is broken. The distortion happens to random images. Some images distorted, some are fine, some are cut in half. Some Media won't load. When I download stuff it gets corrupted. I can't install Windows updates it fails. All screenshots in the main post.

I think this is a major problem with so mcuh more issues that I haven't seen. See screenshots 4 i just found a new one but that looks like just a minor problem connected to a big one. I've never experienced these issues until 3 hours ago.
