USB 3.0 Host Controller not found. Update: missing driver
Today I got a WD usb 3.0 PCI-e card. WDBFJ0000NNC
I installed the software on the CD it came with. Then I put the card into a free PCI-e slot. When I restarted the computer, windows gives a message that the device driver was not successfully installed. Specifically the "NEC Electronic USB 3.0 Host Controller". Any external hard drives (All WD drives) I plug it is not registered by windows.
In device manager the "NEC Electronic USB 3.0 Host Controller" has a caution (exclamation)on it.
If I look at the card, it lights up so power isn't a problem.
Does anyone know how to get the card to work?
I don't know much technical language so any simple instructions would be appreciated.
OS: windows 7 home premium 64 bit
motherboard: Intel H67 Revision B3
CPU: I5-2310
