USB Disabled on every reboot. Code 10 in device manager

Hi,

Recently I got a problem with my Windows 7 Professionnal x64: USB driver are disabling themself on every reboot.

I have to uninstall all the USB devices in device manager and after they reinstall automatically.

I have a Toshiba Tecra Notebook.

I tried an hard reset: uninstall the battery and the power cord and then push on the power button for 1-2 minute. Nothning.

I tried uninstalling usb drivers on Whitout crash mode. Nothing.

I tried uninstalling quick time and itunes (that solve his problem: Wifi, WLAN and USB drivers disable after every reboot). Nothing.

I tried installing the latest chipset driver found here: Mettez niveau votre PC TOSHIBA avec Windows 7. Nothing.

I don't know what to do. Please help me.

And excuse my bad english, I speak french.

Try this:
Click on white flag next to Windows clock. Now on "Open Action Center". Click on "Troubleshooting". At "Hardware and Sound", click on "Configure a Device". Windows will do the rest, but it may ask you something, so pay atention.

Let us know the results!

I tried what you said. Works fine, every port seem ok, but after rebooting, I got the same problem.

But after I doing what you said I got that problem:

After checking on other forum, I got this thread: http://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/53776-usb-ports-stopped-working-right.html

He got exactly the same problem and this is exactly after putting a fake flash drive into my usb port.

This guy solve it by repairing windows 7.

I'll try this this night.

Did this work? I am seeing the exact problem

USBs are disabled, nic card - both ports - disabled too

And erros on WPD Volumes.

Disabling and enabling each works, but it is a pain

I can not tell you if it work, I simply reinstalled my computer because have had changed the language of my computer and the windows reparation did not work because of the initial language.

Exact, this is a software problem so after A REINSTALLATION EVERYTHING AS TO BE OK. Excuse my bad english I'm French and excuse MAJ I'm too lazy to correct it
