Why do I have to try to eject a USB drive twice for it to work. Most of the time I
try to eject a USB thumb drive I get the message that I can't eject the drive. But
when I try to eject it a second time it works.
If you're trying to eject it right after working with it, you might just be going too fast. Next time before you try to eject it, wait an extra second or two.
I have a feeling you might not have to eject it twice then.
