usb keyboard and mouse turn off when windows starts normally

I have this strange issue.

I am using a razor usb keyboard and a razor usb mouse and they worked fine. Until I moved and after unpacking the pc both keyboard and mouse turn off when windows7 starts.
They both do work in the boot sequence.
And they do work when I start windows in safe mode.

Same is true for my cintiq, which also uses the usb port to connect.

I already went into the bios screen, and the usb legacy support is enabled.
I am not sure if I have Win7Sp1 installed or not.

Click Start, right-click Computer/My Computer/My PC and choose Properties, will give what is needed. And it should show either Windows 7 and the version name such as Ultimate or Windows 7 Service Pack 1. There is no SP2, yet.

You could also Try searching winver in the start
