USB reformat beyond recovery

Hi,

can you please name any software that can reformat my usbs beyond recovery cause i'll be sending them to some of my mates and i dont want them to perform recovery stuffs on my usbs.. thank you..

Try a full clean & full format.
Open a command prompt

Type in command line
DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK # (win 7 HD)
CLEAN ALL
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
SELECT PARTITION 1
ACTIVE
FORMAT=NTFS
ASSIGN
EXIT
EXIT

Right click your USB on Computer and choose Format. You have to clean format the USB while having the "Quick format" option UNCHECKED while you format it.

Darik's Boot and Nuke will do it - for HDs only if you use the regular *release* version (1.x).

The *beta* version 2.x will do it for USB devices as well. Browse Darik's Boot and Nuke Files on SourceForge.net

This will take a long time, and you have to be really careful that you do not select your hard drive - this wipes devices to levels as strict as Department of Defense (US) standards.
