USB - removable hardrive issues

Hi All

I setup some rules to restrict users from using certain usb sticks, I have removed these rules (in gpedit) after some testing, now the computer is asking for an admin password each time I try to copy something to the hard drive, which it was not asking for before. I enter the admin password, and it denys me access to copy the data across.

It comes up saying Destination folder access Denied

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I will try and spend some more time figuring this out later today, but was after anyones feedback in regards to this issue. I feel like I am missing something very basic which is causing this to be an issue.

Run a system restore to before you changed these settings.

I do not have system restore setup due to security issues
