USB stick error 10

Please can someone help?
How are you removing the usb device from your computer? Are you using the safely remove option in the notification area? Sometime not using the safely remove option can render the device inoperable. Have a look at this site, may explain why your getting those error codes. It looks like it's a driver issue with that device.

It is correct, took it out some times without eject. What happens now? It is important to retrieve my data from the stick. Can u help? Thanx again
