Use voice sample to recreate a different sample

I have a recording of my friends voice, is there some kind of program or code I can use to recreate his voice, and let him say a different sentence than the one I recorded?
Any kind of help is appreciated.

Any wave editor will help, your have to cut it up 1st and save 1 word at a time then make one adding words as you go.

Dude, you completely misunderstood me.
In the movie Iron Man, he has a super computer called J.A.R.V.I.S. who has a really cool British accent, so i want to recreate that accent by taking a sample from the movie and using it as voice for my computer.
