Use Window 7 Pro key on Window XP Pro installation

Hi everyone!

I am new to this forum and this is my first post.

I have a question about installtion for window XP. We have a few tablets that have window 7 PRO sticker on them. I want to know if it's okay to install Window XP OS on the tablet? We have a system image for this tablet but it's window XP. Thank you for your help!

If the tablets are OK for Win XP, you can install Win XP, but you will need a XP key for each tablet.

Why do you want to put XP on them ?

Why don`t you put Windows 7 Professional on the tablets ?

I would not use a dead OS. Instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
