First, sorry for my bad engrish :)

i have a computer with w7 x64. I want to make user account with limited control.
The thing is that i have a sister who is studing architecture and uses autocad.
She does not know much about comp, so she is a threat (i have formated comp 3 times last week).
the user i think should have :

read privileges on partition d (most music is there);
r/w privileges in her library
other places can't be accsessed
internet accsess
some kind of efficient virus protection (other than anti virus program)
acsess to all programs

i'm not very familiar to w7 yet so i'm counting on all of you
thanks

You could go to "Control Panel" and click on "User Accounts and Family Safety" and click on "Add or remove user accounts". Try turning on a "Guest Account".

Also you could try adding "Parental Controls" for her or any user.

You will need to set up a limited (standard) user account for her, using permissions to limit her access to resources you wish to restrict.

Here is a link to an article discussing user accounts and User Account Control (UAC):

Configuring Windows 7 for a Limited User Account

Further info:

User Account Control Technical Reference

These resources will give you a basic understanding of user accounts and how one can configure them. Here are a few google links that may help:

limited user accounts windows 7 - Google Search

Using GPedit to limit user accounts:

It's not as complicated as it sounds.

As for virus protection, you really can't go wrong with MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials).

Yes guest account is a good idea, if she is not going to use the computer a great deal.
