To Anyone Knowledgeable:

I would like to know if there is any special software available for deleting "User Accounts" as well as "TrustedInstaller"?

None that I know of, but you should omit adding your email address since it can be harvested by spammers and those that know can find your Skype account with it if that email address is tied to it as well as your real name which would lead to your address. Metadata is a big thing believe me.

Edit- You actually posted your name. Don't ever do that on the Internet unless you are dealing with a good, reputable company to buy goods. I can now see you're in your 60s, live in Chicago and the first part of your address is 4837. I'll refrain from adding the rest. You see, all this information is on the Internet, and if you vote it's a matter of public record.

Be safe out there. (Click the Edit button bottom right).

Edit 2- And looking at your email address in Google... LMAO, you must get an awful lot of spam.

How many accounts do you need deleted? If it's only a few just manually remove them.

You should never consider removing the Trustedinstaller account, this is an essential part of the Operating system and it's integrated security systems. It sits between the Main (Hidden) system administrator account and the normal tokenised user Administrator account. It is used to prevent any malware from doing serious damage to your system - Malware always inherits the security rights of the user that was using the system at the time of infection, using a UAC protected Administrator account helps in this matter but Trustedinstaller have exclusive ownership to the program files, (and Program Files (x86) ), provides an extra layer of security.

You can switch off the UAC protection and run as an old style Windows XP unsafe style admin account, or even ran as the hidden administrator, but ensure you have a backup image of the working system before you start, as you will need it sooner than later.

I have not seen anyone that has tried to remove the Trustedinstaller from a system and been successful, do I would suggest you do not try
