User with local admin wrights and the built in Administrator

i need a little help

who can declare me what is the differnz between a user, who is member in the administrator group and the built in administrator.and is there a possibility to grow up a user to a built in administrator

1) The only practical difference that I know of is that for the built-in admin, UAC is disabled by default. That means that the built-in admin never requires elevation. But, as we all know, UAC can be turned off by the user so even when an admin user launches a program, he will be elevated automatically.

2) The built-in admin account cant be deleted (though it can be disabled).

3) A minor difference is that the built-in admin has a "well known" security identifier (SID). I remember reading somewhere that some apps look for a particular SID string and install/ run only if they can find it. Though I am yet to encounter any such.
