Uses for a Ram Disk

Hi Everybody, - I've got enough ram so that I could setup a Ram Disk if I wanted too - but really - What could I use it for ??????

It wouldnt cost all that much - I am really trying to figure out a good excuse for getting one but I just havent come across any useful reason for it yet.

Any ideas out there ????

Getting one? Would cost nothing. Uses could be to have things launch almost instantly, etc.
