Using two audio devices the same time...

How can I use both my Usb headset and the 3.5mm phono jack speakers playing at the same time and even two microphones one that is USB and other that is 3.5mm jack? How about using two 3.5mm jack devices?

Exactly what do you need both for? If Windows sets the USB headset as the Default Playback device, you can't use the PC's speakers as Windows will only allow one default playback device.

I don't want to unplug and plug when i want to use my small headset with microphone for Skype that is 3.5mm (that has minimum noise) or the large USB headset with microphone for music everytime.

No program that I know of. You may get by with just changing the default playback device in the Sound Panel (Playback) section from the Headset to the "Speakers" (You PC's sound card).

Also, in the Sound Panel/Recording section, set the "Stereo Mix" (may be called System Mixer) as the default Recording device. Then whatever device is being used you should hear.

The small 3.5mm headset i need it for Skype talking as because is very small it produces sound with no noise and the big USB headset for amplified music. But i hear no noise outside Skype. It also has noise cancellation microphone. I tried the Stereo Mix for recording devices and the 3.5mm microphones work but not the USB microphone of the USB Headset. Why is that? Can i use Stereo Mix for playback devices and also USB microphone? If yes then how? I can't get Stereo Mix appear for playback devices in the Windows Audio configuration window.

I can't hear anything playing with Stereo Mix from the USB headset.

Also the USB Headset's microphone that both connected with only one USB Plug is not working with Stereo Mix.

Then you will not be able to use Stereo Mix. USB is "digital" and bypasses some or all of the sound card and probably why the stereo mix does not work.
