PiraNow the download speed changes from time to time and once it got up to 1.1KBps .-. Now my current speed is 300KBPS | Edit: Dropped down to 190... 90..80. 75.. 23... 172.. 1.1MBps. Well, does anyone know how to increase utorrent download speed?

Sure. I'll get one. Oh wait, that will take me a couple DAYS. It's easy to say it but not so easy to get a faster internet connection. I have a 30 download, and 50 upload.
