Various BSOD new computer

I just finished building a new computer and i'm having huge problems with it. Heres the guts

MSI 770-G45 motherboard
Amd Athlon 635 x4 at 2.9ghz
4 gb ddr3 1333mhz patriot memory(Originally had 8gb 2 sticks failed memtest removing them fixed several problems but not all of them
Nvidia Geforce 9800gt 1gb
1 TB Seagate HD
LG DVD Super Drive

I've had several different blue screens most of them revolving around memory the two sticks that are in there now pass memtest x86 with several passes so this is not the issue I am posting a few crash dumps.


You're help would be greatly appreciated.

These were stilled caused by memory corruption. Are you overclocking, undervolting, or running a raid?

Overclocking

No I have the voltage set to 1.65v normal voltage and the frequency is set to 1333mhz everything should be set right. Could timings have anything to do with it? And is there any way this is a graphic card problem?

Download MemTest86+ and run a Memory Diagnostic run atleast 6 passes.

Ram Freqeuncy

One quick question, in the bios i have the ram set to 1066mhz which is the "auto" speed. In the ram test it is only showing ddr 966 is this anything to be concerned about?

Be sure to run Memtest on both sticks at the same time.

Sounds like the RAM is incompatible with each other. I'll contact 2 RAM experts for you.

How may RAM slots do you have ?? If both a same model try with different slots and see if happens !!

The timings displayed at the top of memtest look very strange although i have them set in the bios to 9-9-9-24 like the sticks say. And i have tried auto same problem.
