I have just done a clean install of W7 AS my stem was crashing 'at will' showing a variety of indications. However, although the BSOD's are now less regular, I am still having problems which are causing BSOD's.
Attached are the latest 3 minidumps and each reference ntoskrnl.exe as being the driver causing the failure. Using Nirsoft Blue Screen viewer.
I have run scannow and memtest( for multiple passes and seems fine).
Would really appreciate any help!!!!!

Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

I believe it the Memory that has created the problem. Build-in Memory Test is no longer recommend. Follow this Link and run a Hardware Diagnostic Hardware Diagnostic !! « Captain Debugger

Update the Following Drivers

Code:
[COLOR=Red][B]ASACPI.sys[/B][/COLOR]   Mon Mar 28 08:00:36 2005
PxHlpa64.sys Sat Feb 03 02:54:22 2007
nvm62x64.sys Sat Oct 18 02:31:06 2008
adfs.SYS Fri Jun 27 02:22:37 2008

Check this for help in updating Drivers: Drivers and Downloads

ASACPI.sys is notorious for BSOD. It belongs Asus Utility. I would recommend to uninstall all the Asus Utilities from the Computer. Then go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename ASACPI.sys to ASACPI.bak

Hope this helps,
Captain

Thanks, I have not installed any Asus utilities, as I was trying to keep the install as clean as possible.
I've also checked in the installed programs and that's clear. Will rename ASACPI.sys ,reboot and advise.
Thanks for the links. Have downloaded MemTest86 will run and let you know the outcome.
Should I upgrade PxHlpa64.sys et al?

ran memtest+ for a couple of days to ensure consistancy of results. It highlighted one 2gB crucial memory stick was showing a problem. Removed that and swopped the good pair to slots 1&3 with the single mem to slot 2. So far no more crashes. Thanks again.
