VDI Getting Restart without any Error/Warning

Hello Can Any One help me on this.

I am having a virtual environment with windows 7 64 Bit OS on it. We are having issue where in VDI are getting restarted on it own without any error/Warning popup.

When I checked the Event Log I found this log.

Hi Sumeet,
That .dll error relates to
Visual C++ 2008,

easy way
uninstall it, (via prog & features)
Reboot
Re-install
