Very high physical memory usage with nothing open

msconfig - disable all 3rd party software startups
ramMap, file explorer, nothing looks fishy
scanned system with ESET, malwarebytes, hitman
clean system with advanced system care and CC cleaner.
nothing helps a bit

just cant figure out what is eating up my rams, have been trying to solve this issue for almost one month then i decided to start a thread. what actually could the the problem here or did i misunderstood how physical memory works ?

Hello and welcome Lozy mate first right click anywhere on your taskbar and click Start Task Manager you will get a screen / windows come up like my pic this will show you what is using RAM. Max the screen and hover over where I have indicated to let you see more detail - usually the big users of RAM are listed first.
You will see even with only 8GB of RAM my lappy is not using much at all. A pic of yours would be good

You can use Process Explorer to see what program/process is running and other detailed info about the process.
