VERY persistent 0x00000116 error

Any time I launched up anything graphically-demanding (not necessarily a video game, even something as light as a high-quality Youtube video can set off the random crashes), my computer restarts itself. I don't see a BSoD, but I assume it's there and I can't see it due to the graphic adapter resetting itself. In Safe Mode, my computer can stay on forever. It can also stay on indefinitely if I remain on the login screen, or a blank desktop. I've already read up quite a bit about this error, and believe me when I say that I've seemingly tried it all.

I've already tried running both Driver Sweeper and DDU to do a clean re-install of my NVIDIA Drivers, multiple times, using differently-dated drivers. I don't have overheating issues, as already thoroughly checked through Speccy. I've already done memtests using Windows Memory Diagnostic. I've already done CPU tests using Prime95. Due to immediate crashes, I can't run any graphic stress tests such as FurMark. I've already scanned my computer for malware using MSE and MBAM. Most recently, and finally, I've re-formatted my computer to Windows 7 once more. NOTHING has helped!

My specs are as follows:
Intel Core i3-2100 @ 3.10GHz
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-10-10-25)
MSI H61M-P21
MSI GTX 460 SE 1GB (Twin Frozr II version)
500GB Western Digital Black HDD

I've never overclocked my computer, altered any voltages, or anything of the sort.

At this point I'm highly suspecting a faulty graphics card that is in need of replacement. I've attached my necessary .zip here, let me know what you all think.

Stop 0x116's are display/graphics related BSOD.

Update the display driver to the latest. Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
When done, Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark. Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us. Also let us know if you experienced any artifacts and/or crashes during the test.

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/311593-speccy-publish-snapshot-your-system-specs.html .

If the BSOD continues and you need to report further BSODs, do follow both the options of the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions because your upload has lots of important files missing.

What I first wrote goes through everything in detail, including what I have tried to remedy this. Still unsure as to what it could be.

There are lots of things in the original post ..... we dont need to know all those.

Please update the display driver to the latest, then run furmark.

If it BSODs in the process, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .

We need to see and check only this and exactly this.

Sorry for misunderstanding. Attached is the .zip that was created after a Furmark crash. Screen goes straight to black the moment the test begins.

It crashes in the same way even with the latest driver.

Assuming that you are saying it with confirmation.

Taking these two into consideration, it may be said that the graphics card itself is failing. Apply any other card or even the onboard graphics, and see how it goes.
