I have been having troubles with my Graphics cards ever since I got this computer. Some days it works fine others its a complete disaster. Recently I got a few games and when the games I used to play crashed or whatnot it would just close the game. Now I am getting BSOD and having it reboot my PC. I use Soluto to help me find what what might of caused the problem and this is what is sent to me :

Bug check code: 00000116

Probably caused by: dxgkrnl!TdrResetFromTimeout Driver

The VIDEO_TDR_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000116. This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.

Keep in mind I have two of the same graphics cards. I used to cross-fire but then Realized no games would play with it activated so I disabled them. After a while I tried messing with my setup so I could have three monitor setup ( two monitor and 1 40"HDTV. While im still using only two of the monitors I orignally got my first BSOD when i was trying to play a game on the TV monitor and no longer use the TV.

I am very out of touch with computer skills and I dont know anymore what else I should do to try and fix this problem. Ive thought about getting a new graphics card to try and solve the problem because for the last few years problems only seem to occur with the Card and nothing else but i could find another solution then spending money that would be great. Thanks in advance!

Your ATI drivers are pretty old.

Code:
2: kd> lmvm atikmpag
start end module name
fffff880`04000000 fffff880`04055000 atikmpag T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys
    Image name: atikmpag.sys
    Timestamp: [B][COLOR=Red]Wed Feb 15 02:13:12 2012[/COLOR][/B] (4F3B14B8)
    CheckSum: 00051BFD

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Download the 13.9 driver from here then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the 13.9 driver.

   Note
When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.

Uninstall the following for testing purposes.

Not sure if It fully worked...

Alright so I went and Uninstalled the drivers and re installed the new ones sent via your link. When installing I only chose to install the Display Drivers and the others that I could not uncheck. It finished but it said it failed to install something to which I am unsure of and I do not have the Catalyst manager installed now because It was not checked in the installation. I updated my DM log in the attachments below and Would like for you to view them again if possible. I have not yet tested any games or anything graphical Yet but if anything goes wrong Ill be sure to let you know. Thank you for your help so far, at least I know im making some kinda of progress!

Edit: I only uninstalled one of the Cheat engines when I did the DM log, I forgot to get the other one because I wasn't looking enough for the other one. I will uninstall the other one and see if I dont have any issues, but also if I dont I will re install it and see if it causes any problems!

To check the version of the driver installed for your GPU open Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right click on your GPU, click properties and click on the Driver tab.

Looks like its updated to 2013?

Here is an attached Pic of what it looks like from where I was sent. No longer does it show 2012 but it was updated on 8/30/2013. Would you believe this to be solved then? Also as long as im going on fixing and repairing my Graphics cards would I be better suited to attach my cross fire cable again to be able to run 3 monitors, or what do you think I should try to run my PC to the point it gets a BSOD again so I know if the issue is fixed?

Run it as is for a week to make sure everything is stable on a single card. Once you're happy then go about adding the second card and enabling CrossFire.
