Video Card Driver Crash affects whole computer

I'm currently running a ATI Radeon HD7700 and frequently whenever I'm gaming my screen would freeze, flicker black and return to normal but with a message saying driver has stopped responding.
However, I've also had it when the driver crashes. my whole computer becomes pretty much unresponsive (cursor still moves though) and ALL running programs freeze while setting my performance to 100%.
I've tried updating, reinstalling ,using older version of the driver but nothing has worked. I don't get a blue screen either and end up having to shut it down w/ power button.

Are you using windows 7 or 8?
If you are using windows 7, go to this website: Download Drivers

Try Downloading the latest WHQL driver from http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/329659-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html . After uninstalling all your current drivers, please use this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html then install and choose custom install and try to only install the display driver and not CCC. See if that helps you.

If you continue having probkems please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Also, what size and brand of PSU do you have in the computer?

After i did a clean install on the driver and while i was scanning, got 0x0000019 blue screen
and im using a Corsair SV650

That appears to be a Wireless Lan driver If it is a Zyxtel wireless it can be updated at http://www.zyxel.com/us/en/support/download_library.shtml

If you would run the file and upload all of the files it could help. If when you ran http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html and used option 1, try option 2 and be sure to click the grab all and upload it with the next BSOD after updating your wireless driver.

Alright I uploaded a new one. I've also already updated the zyxel drivers

Please click the start button > all programs > Windows Update > in the left column click Update History and tell me how many Windows updates failed and how many succeeded. You don't have to count them, and approximation will do. It appears you have a problem with your installation and have some corrupted files somewhere. When was the last time you did a clean install and is your OS activated with Microsoft.

About 75% succeeded. My pc was actually originally used by a friend and the OS was windows 7 ultimate pirated.

It still is, I'm sure. And that's most likely most of your problems. It's failed validation at least twice.

Would I have to do a reinstall windows? Will microsoft automatically update it to windows 7? because originally it was visa.

You will have to purchase a license for Windows 7, and do a clean install. It is unlikely Microsoft will validate your current OS.
