Hi,

I have been having a problem with my laptop for about 4-5 months now in this situation. When playing youtube videos with IE9, the laptop will randomly freeze up and the sound that comes out of the speakers is all robotic and buzzy, almost sounds satanic! It will last for a couple of minutes and then usually unfreeze and resume, but sometimes it will unfreeze and bluescreen and then go back and says video hardware error. Other times it just stays in this wierd frozen choppy state and I have to hard power off the computer. I've tried everything from updating drivers, virus scans, disk cleanup, defrags, etc, nothing helps.

The error info I found in the reliability monitor says:

Any ideas? I've attached my dump files in zipped format. Please help, and thanks!

BCCode: 117 is a display driver issue and being that there are no dump files in your zip (sometimes that's normal) I would download this little tool called DriverView:

DriverView: Loaded Windows Drivers List

it's just a utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system, see what your display driver is and reinstall it after you have completely removed the other display drivers using the software you used to install them with, they usually have an uninstall option. If you have no luck after that I would venture to say that your video card integrated or not may be going bad...
