Video problems after windows 7 install.

Had an issue with my built computer where it would freeze and audio loop while playing games. I re-installed windows 7 ultimate ( i preffer ultimate for quad core processor control). Afterwards if I have netflix on one sceen and i open any other online video source (facebook, reddit, youtube) on the other screen both witll begin stuttering badly. this also works the other way around. my internet speedtest showed 49.8mb\s. Any thoughts?

Install latest drivers for devices (sound, GPU, network card/s, and motherboard chipset).

Did you install all Windows Updates? Search for optional ones too, only leave out Windows 10 update - http://www.sevenforums.com/general-...ade-updates-windows-7-8-a-39.html#post3144970
