Virtual Memory /Paging file issue

I'm using a Windows 8.1 laptop and it is showing this message related to Page file every time I boot it up.

Whatever setting I use automatically managed, or manually defined , this message pops up every time I boot.

I've 8 GB of RAM and 200 GB free space and facing memory outage particularly when opening multiple pages in chrome, a problem I never had before. Deleted a number of extensions and installed "The Great Suspender" , but quite often chrome is crashing

Here is the detail, but whatever option I chose manual or auto, the same message opos up when I start the computer.

Put a checkmark in "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives".
Put a dot in "System managed size".
Click "Set".
Click "OK - Apply - OK".
Restart the computer.

I set my virtual memory as twice the physical memory (8G)
In this case:
Put a dot in "Custom size".
Set initial as 16384
Set Maximum size 16384
Click "Set".
Click "OK - Apply - OK".
Restart the computer.

What's the message that popups when you reboot, exactly?

8GB of RAM should be plenty for simple browsing. Even though Chrome is widely known to be a resource-hog, it should suffice, on a first sight.
Can you also post a snip of task manager, the processes list sorted by memory? Sowecan also see which program eats the most memory.

Nothing changes after reboot same pop up message reappears, and I'm the Administrator.

Try Custom Size

Put a dot in "Custom size".
Set initial as 16384
Set Maximum size 16384
Click "Set".
Click "OK - Apply - OK".
Restart the computer.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately Custom size allotment is not working either, whatever I set and as I restart there is the same error message.
