vista to windows 7 upgrade shipping time

how long is the normal shipping time when you do a upgrade from vista to windows 7. i got a computer for Christmas and it had vista and i did the whole windows 7 things and i cant do it digitally i have to wait for the cd. Does anyone know how long it would take to get here i got it from microsoft

Is there such a thing as "normal"? I would imagine that it depends on where you are getting the upgrade from.

Yeah, more details please! The easiest way to do an upgrade would be digitally (by downloading the .ISO and burning it to DVD before your upgrade).

Did you order an Upgrade Kit from your computer maker? Ours took a month to arrive.

I used another Win7 installer to clean install the correct version, and the Upgrade kit arrived a day before the 30-day activation countdown expired. (I could have extended it another 90 days).

I installed the key and it activated first time.
