Have you tried listening to music while not on-line (no browser) and no iTunes to see if its happening with just the basic PC music? Also, is this only with the headset?

I dont have speakers, instead I use some Logitech g430 headsets. I tried what you said and this is what I got so far:

Using Windows Media Player, I heard music for 25 minutes, in 3 songs the music stopped with no reason, but the problem of the double pointer didn´t appeared.
After that I changed to Itunes, after 7 minutes of hearing music the problem reappeared:

It also appears to affect Roblox.exe which also has the volume down, but I wasn´t using it.

I guess the headphones are using its built-in soundcard (check title bar of screenshots, same for my Logitech G35 which has its own soundcard)? How else can you get 7.1 surround on a regular jack?

The Logitech website says it has a USB adapter, does it mean it has regular jacks but also can function as a soundcard of its own if used with the USB?

Logitechs G430 and Device Manager

The headset includes a Microphone and Headset jacks to USB, using USB enables to create a 7.1 effect while plugin the jacks directly wont make any effect, they also como with a Volume scroll wheel and a mute button

This is the screnshot of the Devide Manager Soun section, I think it is a built in soundcard in the motherboard

Ok, so if you insert the jacks your default soundcard should be used. If you are using the USB adapter it is the Logitech soundcard being used.

Do you get the same issue with both of these methods?
