Hi Persianlity,
Sorry if i am missing something or misunderstood the question but the screen shot shows that it is just disconnected, this would suggest that you are not connected via the VPN connection at the point of that screen shot being taken.
Is it now showing as disabled?

No, this images display two vpn connection! IBSngDialer ( two computer icon is gray highlight ) so this vpn Disconnect, But PINKVPN ( two computer icon not gray highlight ) so this vpn Disconnect. all vpn connection is disconnect now ,
I click PINKVPN windows not show any connnect or any error or . . . in right click properties not worked and not display properties box.
