Solved W7 Pro-64 Easy File Transfer Question.
I want to apply my OLD W7 Pro-64 Easy File Transfer MIG data to my NEW install of W7 Pro-64.
Is it best to install Applications like MS Office 2010 BEFORE applying the MIG File or AFTER ?
Best regards,
Mike Lynch

I would just do the transfer. That's what I've done in the past, and I don't recall any issues with that.

I agree about the Transfer but the issue is installing Software before or after the Transfer.
One Software Item is MS Office 10.
If it's installed Before the Transfer , will it recognize the Files from Easy Transfer or not?

I think what I did was install programs first, then do the file transfer. Although I don't see why it would matter one way or the other. Logically, doing the programs first makes sense. That is how we do it in the first place. Install a program, then create files with it.
