Hello all,

Just joined, first post, please be gentle, ouch!!

This driver signature issue is a real pita. Anyway, not too interested in any of the work-arounds I have seen so far.

We are having a very hard time with unsigned drivers in W764. My first and hopefully simple question is does this same issue exist with W732?? If the driver sig issue is only on 64bit then we will just move to W732 and keep working.

BTW, the only work around I found interesting was using the Win32 SDK from M$ and signing the driver. Has anyone here had any experience with trying that solution? I would assume, if you did not author the driver at some point you would have a problem with authentication and you would be right back to where you started.

Thanks for the feedback.

Just to be very clear, my question is, Does W732 have the same DSEO that W764 does? Would one expect to have the same driver problems on both OS?

Second: As a laymen with a pinch of common sense, I have to ask myself, “does disabling the DSEO create other security or system stability issues??”

For what little extra we get out of 64, and how much time this issue is costing us I would go straight to W732 if that would solve the issue.
