my option is,
control panel->pen and touch->under Pen options tab-> Press and hold,
disable press and hold for right-click in the new window.

My problem was solved in W7 7100 with the group policy editor. Now I have bought W7 home premium and now i have no access to the group poloicy editor

Any help for me? I have the problem in Paint.NET

disabling quick pen flicks solved the problem in home premium this time, pfff
