but... i have no idea how, or how to find the correct port?
im also not quite sure what info you guys would need other then that im using windows 7.

i need to locate the cable and be able to change the baud rate

once i get to device manager there isnt any ports button or link??

Maintenance, then double click System.
2. In the System Properties screen, click Device
Manager, then double click Ports (Com & LPT).
3. From the Ports (Com& LPT) list, right click on
