Wanted to wipe my hard drive, Windows 7 Reinstall Error!

So I had Windows 7, but was looking to sell my computer, so I wanted to reinstall windows 7 and just wipe my Old Windows.

I borrowed a burned Windows 7 disc from a friend, who said he got in from Windows website, and already used it successfully.

I opted to wipe my old partition, and create a new one that would just have Old Windows folder from the last partition.

The problem, The installation failed just near the end, and I had to restart. Except now, when I restart, my computer makes me choose between Windows7, Windows Setup Rollback, and another Windows 7.

The thing is, all options don't work, as they inevitably lead to a system 32 Command Prompt.

And for some reason, I can't boot from disc, the disc doesn't even have presence any more. (and even if I could, it failed once already, right?)

What am I to do, no repairs work. None. I cannot system restore. I just end up at command prompt each time.

What can I do, if my computer doesn't boot from the Windows Disk?

If you have a COA sticker on the PC with a readable Product Key then download the licensed version along with tool to burn to disk provided in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164. The tutorial has everything needed to get and keep a perfect install.
