Please post your computer specifications.
Does your computer have a TV tuner?
If so, are you able to connect it to an external TV aerial?
If the answer is yes to both you can set up Windows Media Center to watch TV or you can use the software provided with the TV tuner.
If the answer is no to either of my questions then you wan't be able to watch TV.
