Webcam m/n: V-UAV35

I havent been able to find a driver that works, would there be something wrong with my OS?

V-UAV35 AKA Quickcam for Notebooks, of which there are several versions (Pro, Deluxe, basic, etc). Have you tried here,

if it isn't there click on the "Still can't find your product" link at the bottom. If it still isn't there go for the one that most closely resembles yours and try the last Vista driver for it.
