Hi everyone. I had to refresh the Windows Experience Index and I received an error message stated that it could not be computed. What does that mean? I want to use the aero experience on my desktop. I am uploading the error message. Any assistance will be appreciated. deanie

Indeed, deleting the datastore files will often allow you to run the assessment.
