Weird "missing DLL" and "failed to launch" message on certain games.

Sometimes, I get a "missing DLL" or "failed to launch" message on certain games, and can't play them, no matter what I try. A reboot fixes it, but I'd like to stop this problem once and for all.




The games that this usually happens on is Software Inc, Spore, and Plants vs Zombies, but I've had this happen on a few more games too.




Any ideas?
