WerFault Issues! Please Help!

Hi, I have had Windows 7 for about a week, And just today it has been acting up on me. Every few seconds WerFault.exe makes the program I'm using loose focus, I've tried disabling it, but it almost immediately restarts. I know that its WerFault because every time my programs loose focus, It restarts its self (Or it appears to in the task manager).
I have Googled my problem, but nothing works.

Temporary fix

I have found a temporary way to fix it... But I don't know if its safe. I took control of the WerFault.exe and renamed it ("WerFaulta.exe") and then started up Game Maker 8, Created a small program, and saved it as WerFault...
