What Defrag Program do you use for W7?

Thanks very much guys & girls (if any ) i had a look at the ones mentioned, and i really liked Auslogic's Defrag, does what i want it to, in a reasonable amount of time.

7's built in option every Friday at noon if necessary. Don't need more unnecessary software.

Same only it is 2 AM Sunday mornings.

a computer won't have a noticeable drop in performance til the HDD reaches about 20% fragmentation. unless you are constantly installing and uninstalling programs, creating and deleting lots of large files or using a torrent client, it isn't necessary to defrag more than once a month. don't delete the prefetch unless you're doing a lot of the above either. I have an old machine at home that I use as a media server, running xp without a pagefile, that hasn't been defragmented since august and it hasn't slowed down at all

ideally I wont use any, I will keep my c: space utilisation low enough so that fragmentation should never be a big issue and the auto scheduled standard defrag can control it, as I get concerned with 3rd party apps they break microsoft's boot optimisation. All my non c: drives that are used for storage and games I dont care if they get fragmented.

I have two, O&O + Ultimate. The latter is cheaper, just somewhat gaudy.
