What did I do to my Windows theme?

I was looking through some old screenshots and saw this one, I remember having my Windows look pretty nice before I formatted it. I'm looking to replicate it again, but I don't remember how I actually got my Windows looking like that, I figured out the orb part, the rest is a mystery.
Any suggestions or tips on what I actually did and how I could do it again would be sweet! Thanks.
