I found the file on everuything but it wouldn't let me do a thing with it. This is "undeleter"

To repeat myself:
Everything is not a recovery tool. It won't let you do anything with any file it finds. It just locates stuff.
Did you look in the recycle bin?
Use Everything again and search for the file or folder name in question.
If Everything finds the folder, post the location shown in this thread.
If Everything does NOT find it, you have to use something like Recuva.
You say that Everything found the file. If that is true, you should be able to just go to the location shown and find your files or folder. Without using any other tool.
I am clearly not understanding what you are doing or what you have already done.
