What happened to the "Delete" icon?

Is there any way to restore or replace the red X that used to make deleting files so easy? It's rather a drag having to either right click and select "delete" or drag and drop. I don't understand why that basic functionality was taken away. Why, for heaven's sake?

Thank you. I did a search before posting my questions, but obviously I didn't use the right words I'm glad to find a way to add the Red X.

No problem. sometimes its hard searching for a solution when its such a rare issue. even the admin was best guessing as you can see on the other thread
