What is ATK - Systems

there is an update it wants me to get im just wondering what it is.

It is a driver from Asus, and can be found under Utilities on their download pages for pretty much every Asus motherboard. From a quick search it appears to be an interface driver for things like Asus AI Booster, Asus Probe, etc. Won't hurt anything to install it even if you don't use any of the Asus utilities (and from what could see will get installed anyway of you install any of the utilities that use it if it isn't already there).
