What is Outlook needed for

I have Windows 7 and use Windows Live Mail for E Mail. Is there any need to download Outlook? I keep getting a pop up about the Calendar every time I go to WLM.

Have you changed your Windows Live Mail account over to Outlook.com ?. This MS website might help you if needed.

You should have received an email from Microsoft concerning changing over sometime ago.

The link I gave in Post #2 to Microsoft list the various accounts that will not work, such hotmail, live.mail etc.. So read through the MS website & it explains how to change your account over.
