what is the correct time setting for my computer?

Hi! What is the correct time setting for my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop computer? I live in Traverse City, Michigan. So that is Canada-Eastern time, isn't it? But on the left, in time settings in the Control panel - It only has UTC before all clock zone settings. No mention of EDT, which some online say is the correct one to have for my area. Am I doing something wrong? Or should I just ignore it? Or should I reinstall Windows operating system in order to fix the problem? Thanks.

For the nerdy and those that are interested. I roll my own 2FA in Keepass. Because of that, exact time is critical. So, I use and have automatically start on boot up a program called Analog X Atomic Time Sync. It seems that the default URL in Analog X Atomic Time Sync works great.
