What is this called and how do I change it?

Hi. Ok, so this is a kind of ridiculous request by one of my users. It should not matter, but of course, it matters to her.

See the screenshot of the Save As dialog box. Along the top, where the drop-down is for the location to save it to, her drop-down shows two different locations which must be cached somewhere. The folders do not actually exist. One is her F drive, which was a thumbdrive. So, how / where is this info stored and how can I delete it?

See the "Includes: 2 locations" just below the large font "Documents library" in the right top pane?

Click the 2 locations bit, and see if that's what you want.

You get a similar but different window if you right click and properties the documents library in left pane.

Hi no problem
Public area can be confusing and irritating if the same files/ folders are in both places
But can be very handy if other user accounts are on a single machine which is pretty common
