what softwares should I install

my laptop RAM is 1GB and the processor is 1.86GHz.I'm using Windows 7.What softwares should I install:
Office(2007 or 2010?)
Pdf Reader(Foxit Reader or Adobe Reader?)
Web Browser(IE11,Google Chrome,FireFox,Opera or Safari?)
Media Player

1 gig of ram is barley enough ram to run Windows 7 Ultimate/32.
I truly don't believe you will be able to run much of anything with 1 gig of ram.
Where did you get your copy of Windows 7 Ultimate?

As LB says, thge first thing you should do is upgrade the RAM Scan the laptop with the Crucial Scanner, then you know what your options are.

As far as those programs go, I would recommend Office 2010, Foxit, Chrome is fastest (although the IE is best in ease of use), VLC as media player (plays all codecs and has some other nifty features).

Forger Safari, Opera is slow and Firefox is good but a bit complex.
